Why us?

    Many consultants and/or service organizations can help you start a U.S. operation, very few, have the capability to host and support, from an operational stand point, your first steps with a core competency based on: sales orders management (logistic, administrative, invoicing, bookkeeping…), inside sales, customers support and every operational aspects of your business. WE CAN!

    This competency is vital for the future and the success of your U.S. operation, as experience has shown that in many instances a U.S. development failed not because lack of commitment and/or non performing products but because of a lack of understanding of American business culture and unsatisfied customers’ service and expectations.

What is our target?

A small business, with a well established reputation in its home market and who has a serious project to create a U.S. entity (subsidiary) to support its U.S. growth and expansion and who needs,for a determined time, a 100% operational structure to support its customers base and its sales force during that critical start up phase.

Who are we?

We are a 7 member team (6 American and 1 French), 1 C.O.O, 2 inside sales, 2 accounting/administrative, 1 warehouse manager and 1 warehouse assistant. We have over the past nine years acquired and honed our competencies within the U.S. subsidiary of a French company. In 2007, we realized that our expertise could be offered to other small businesses that have a hard time growing and prospering in this very competitive market by lack of the very expertise we have acquired.

What size operation are we?

We have a 5,000 sq ft warehouse, (can be extended if need be) we are close to major logistical hubs; finally we have 1,000 sq ft of office space with 8 working stations. Our handling capabilities allow us to warehouse parts from 1 oz to 1,000 lb. A detailed list of our capabilities is available upon request.
